Privacy and temporary storage
FetchDL does not require a user account. It still processes information needed to prepare downloads and protect the service.

Links and files
The server sends your submitted public link to the relevant platform or extraction service. Prepared files and archives can be cached temporarily, normally expiring after about two hours of inactivity with periodic cleanup. Active downloads and operational failures can extend that interval.
Security information
Cloudflare processes requests and browser verification through Turnstile. FetchDL uses a secure session cookie to bind download access to your browser, plus hashed IP counters with short retention for rate limits. The cookie expires after one day; individual download grants expire after about two hours.
Operational logs and external services
Server errors can include source URLs and platform errors. The production access log records request paths without query strings. Cloudflare and Google Fonts process requests under their own privacy policies. We do not claim that requests are untraceable or that no technical logs exist.
Your choices
Download links are browser-specific. Clear site cookies to remove your session; doing so invalidates its download links. Avoid submitting private links or credentials. Contact the developer for privacy questions.
